Skip the Fel-Pros and run stock gaskets. Most people do that and they work really well. I run the stockers with my MACs and have never had a leak

But if you insist on Fel-Pros, call Jegs or Summit and ask them. LS1 parts are weird, and most regular SBC stuff won't work. This includes header bolts.

I agree, stick with the stock gaskets. They've worked well for me so far and nobody I know w/ headers has ever had a problem with theirs.

Another vote for the stock gaskets. Mine came off with 65k miles on the car, and they actually looked pretty good. I replaced them anyway, but had I left the original ones, I probably wouldn't have had a problem.
