Uhhh ... explain to her what the take offs are ... SLP builds the SS ... the SS is hatched as a Z28 with GSC tires and 16 wheels and trucked over to SLP.
SLP "takes off" the GSCs and puts on the the Eagle F1s along with 17 wheels. Then SLP sells the brand new GSCs that they "take off"
... can't legally sell them as new, since they have been mounted.
