Post Is this a great deal for my 02 ls1 z28?

Is my car cheap or priced right? I need some advice on how to sell my LS1 fairly quickly, where would you guys suggest?

My car is a navy mettalic blue 2002 Camaro Z28 with every option except leather and traction. It has t-tops, power everything, rear window defogger option and also the chrome rims with gsc's. It is only 7 months old and has 12,000 miles. Everything is like new. It cost $27,000 new plus I have added thousands in performance parts and upgrades including the following: suncoast z-style ram air hood with heat extrators and air box with K&N, rksport front spoiler, chrome z28 badges, blackout light covers, SLP subframe connectors and driveshaft loop, G2 strut tower brace and performance sway bars, bmr rear lower control arms adjustable with poly ends, an exhaust cutout, B&M ripper shifter with SLP leather ****, CAGS, also have extra salad shooter rims with new drag radials mounted (only used twice). This car runs and drives much better than new. I must sell this car because I am in law school and can't afford it anymore, I will sacrifice it for only $21,800

New invoice is $25,200. Right now there is a $3000 rebate. So new would be $22,200 plus whatever profit the deal wants. The big key is if your buyer realizes and cares about the extras you have put into it.
Good luck selling her.

KBB says $21,600 ... You might get it. But do yourself a favor ... keep your listing simple - 2002 Camaro Z28, all options, custom hood, 12K miles, must sacrifice ... $21,800.

Only a small group of your potential buyers will know what all those mods are. Those that want to know will ask. Those that don't may very well be scared off, where they otherwise might have been interested.

Good Luck

I don't think you can get that much out of it. I got mine new ($27,500 list) for about $20,500 after cash back and GM discount. By the time you figure in getting a much better interest rate on a new car it would probably be cheaper to buy new. In a few months though, when there are none left on dealer lots, there is no telling what prices will do. Good luck

EDIT: I also think that the drag radials could be more of a drawback than a bonus. When I see a car listed with a bunch of performance mods I assume it was abused.
