Yeeeaah, you've riced an SS. =( oh well, to each his own... I do like your paint though. A better way than asking us, if you're serious about your 500rwhp mark, is to get on the phone or start emailing people like futral. My goal is around 420rwhp and futral was a great help from cam selection, to valvetrain reccomendations. My suggestion though, is DEFINATELY do all the bolt ons first. Watch out on header selection, I dont know how far off the ground you are, but some give more clearence than others. You're looking at about $1300-3200 for the bolt ons depending on what brands you go with.
