To get heads ported and polished?
is this going on a stock cammed car?
there have been some threads about what affect ported heads would have on an otherwise stock car. some guys with lt1s say they pick up a solid 25hp, but i don't think anyone has done ls1 heads that i have seen. but considering the ls1's flow about as good stock as lt1 or standard SBC heads flow with a mild port/polish...that could be the reason.
if you are thinking of doing a cam, P/P is a good idea. but on an otherwise stock or bolton car...put your money elsewhere
