Gear test with RPMs, how fast??

How fast do I have to drive for the RPMs to tell me my gears?? Is it 70 or 74 in forth?? Is this the same for an LS1??

jack up the back of your car. Rotate one of your tires 1 time and see how many times your driveshaft rotates. A 6spd should have 3.42s.

All 4th Gen F-Bodies with the M6 have a 3.42 final gear.
