Post Gas shocks or not?

Its time for me to look into new rear shocks for my car. It has 42,000 with stock shocks and I'm looking to het some good ones. Has anyone used the Eibach lowering kit when changing the shocks...

you do know that eibach makes springs right? i just want to check...if your going with shocks, id say there are only about 2 ways to go. either bilstein's or koni adjustables. both are a very high quality shock and both would work well with the eibach kits.
