...I saw a turbo kit online at ls1motorsports.com and they sell it for around 7 grand with install, this other place http://www.turbotechnologyinc.com/ makes a similar single turbo for under 5 grand. Anyone ever experiment with turbo kits? Would you go the supercharger way? I think turbo would cause less problems then a superhcrager but its all about experience....

 

if i had the money for either a S/C or a T/C i would definetely, hands down, without a doubt, 100% go with the turbo. did you see the kind of #'s the ls1motorsports kit was making on a STOCK z28...220rwhp and 360rwtq??????!!!!!!!?!?!!!!! i do not knowq much about that other company, but i do know that the ls1 turbo kit is (or at least they say) going to be very reliable and a huge power maker. ahh, if i only had 7k laying around...

do you really want to put your engine under that much stress? there are other alternative to sc tc and n20 you might like to keep in mind that make similar number, or atleast have the potential to. for around the same price aswell.
