FTRA vs FT high flow air box
Does anyone have the new high flow air box kit from fast toys? I know a lot of you have their ram air kit and love it. Does anyone know how they compare or have dyno #s of the two?
Anyone have an educated guess on the results of the two from their description.
First is the ram air and the second is the air box kit.

Hmm the second link isn't working
just click on the air/fuel section!
Thanks for any help guys!

Looks to be another lid..
Lids are lids from what people are saying and the "High flow air box" looks just like another lid.
The ram air is just something you would like for added airflow and perhaps even more power.
I picked the Whisper lid as the one I am going to buy and eventually I will buy a ram air kit. FTRA is on my list but there is another. Forgot who makes it but its plastic and when I see one in person my decision will be made. I need to see if it has much flex. If so I wil get the metal one, if not, then I will get the plastic one.

No, they actually have a new lower box by the looks of things. I would have thought the FTRA would be better and more effeciant than the new box. The box would be better if you were worried about hydorlocking your engine, but wanted to get more air in. I don't see the point in the larger corvette filter since from what I have heard the filter on our cars is plenty big enough since adding a K&N doesn't do much.
Just depends on personal feelings I guess on whether to get the airbox or the FTRA.
I have the FTRA and am more than happy with it. Since iyou are supposed to seal the box, the new airbox would be useless as you don't need a bigger opening.
