FlowTech long tube headers

These headers have just been released for the LS1 -

FlowTech headers are precision engineered and leak tested to get maximum performance and fuel economy from your engine. Each header is formed from specially selected .049 cold roll flash controlled tubing, and features FlowTech's exclusive, thick, mandrel-formed Power PlenumTM collector. All ports are precisely fitted and finished with sturdy, leak-proof O-ringed port seals, and all FlowTech headers include all mounting hardware including bolts, nuts and premium gaskets.

FlowTech headers are available with either a high-quality, electrostatically-applied PPGTM satin black paint finish or with a specially formulated, NASA-developed silver luster ceramic coating for rust and corrosion resistance.

Mandrel-formed Power Plenum collectors for low backpressure
Constructed of .049 cold roll flash tubing
Precision engineered for fit, performance and economy
Includes all mounting hardware and premium gaskets

The headers range between $270.-$370. and $130.-$230. for the offroad Y-pipe. More info and a picture can be found on our website.

I love you! Another inexpensive choice for headers! I didn't want to go pacesetter, cuz my friend had that on his S10. I don't want to associate with that. Hah anyway, a few questions. Is flowtech made by holley? Are these headers of hooker design? Do they have any warrantys?

These headers are very close to the Hooker design. They are made by FlowTech which has the same "parent company" as Hooker (that is Holley). They have a limited lifetime warranty against defects.

I hear alot of people saying here that Hooker is the best bang for the buck, not true. On this site http://www.customracer.com/camaro_exhaust.html The SLP's come with a Y-pipe and the hookers do not. If you add Y-pipe to hookers it costs 80 bucks more I beleive. I hope its just that site. Not a supporting vendor is selling SLP's with Y-pipe for 701

Ceramic coated FlowTech's w/ ceramic coated ory is only $600 so I guess that would make them the king of bang for buck.

The SLP headers come with a Y-pipe then you have to either order cats or offroads to fill in the space between them. The Y-pipes that will go with the Hooker and FlowTech headers don't have cats so these wouldn't work for a person that wants/needs comverters.

There is something that makes these headers even better. We're offering 10% off all headers and related parts during the month of February

Regular price for the two is $609.99. This month's header discount brings them down to $548.98.
