Firing order

After my header install...ran into some problems

1) Bank 2 Sensor 1 - O2 sensor no signal
2) Cylinder 5 misfire

Also noticed that I have 7 TR55 and one TR6 ....hmm... Bad feeling this car was sprayed?

Back to the question at hand...which cylinder am I looking at for my misfire? Plan on doing wires/plugs tomorrow but want to confirm the problem first....thanks!

Re: Firing order

Oh...and forgot to mention, that Ion tuned out my O2s ...so it "should" be only getting a code on the fronts (if it is in fact faulty)

Re: Firing order

Sensor 1 is the front sensor and bank 2 refers to the passenger side bank, check the wires & connection.
The firing order on GEN III is 1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3. The #5 cylinder is the third one on the driver side bank.

Re: Firing order

Checked the wiring...is this possible? That the O2 went not 20 minutes after firing it up with new headers? Ehrr? Or could it be bad extensions? Used the ones that came with my headers.

I have heard the coating can kill O2s...but that quickly? I had a "lean" code on bank 2 as well...could this be the last code it tossed before failing completly?

Re: Firing order
