Finally got off my but and installed my mac mid length headers and ory(yeah i know but I got it all for 300bucks) Anyway this was not nearly as many say it is partially due to them being mid lengths, had the old ones out in about an hour and the new ones in and installed spark plugs (ngk tr-55's) and all in about another two. I will say it really helps to have a lift but with the steering shaft removed they basically fall into place. I already blocked off the egr (used a factory block off gm uses on their truck intakes) since the headers I got were an 01-02 model, now all I have to do is turn off the codes, and I want to block the air tubes/pump. Any how thanks to all who gave me advice I really appreciate it. I'll get some sound clips and dyno results as soon as I can, I will say this the bassani cat back sounds totally different once you install headers and remove the cats the ls1sounds clips dont do it any justice.
