its been a few years since my LT1 but now im in the world of new generation motors just picked up a 99 6-speed ls1 last night. i keep looking at it and thinkin i want an SS style ram air hood, are there companies that make a good induction system to go with those (i think its cheesy if not funcional but thats just me) or are the regular CAI kits from companies like SLP or K&N better?

 

I think the Super Sucker Ramair or SSRA is one of the most popular air inductions out there . I know I like mine . As far as the SS hoods go they are pretty much an appearance item .

where can i find the super sucker? and with ones like this fast toys model is it best to then get an slp lid or other aftermarket one to improve it even more?
