Nah, I picked up a set of salad shooters from the Junk Yard to put my drag radials on. My daily driven tires are Yokohama AVS ES 100's. I've cut 1.95 60' times on those on numerous occasions.

positive.i read it on a GM or automotive news site and an SLP employee verified it to me.it makes sense to put it in this car since its going in a C6 for no other reason than to save on production costs.the SLP employee did tell me that he wasnt thrilled with this motor and that theres been problems with it.

anyhow it should be a badass car!

Hmm...don't remember where I read it, but it said that "The Judge" version of the GTO will have an LS6 in it. Are you sure you're not confusing the two? I wouldn't imagine that the would put somewhat "equally" powered engines in the same car when one of them is supposed to be the high performance model.

keep in mind this car is alot heavier than a C6 and will most likely be a detuned version.it doesnt make sense to have two different motors when they can use just one.then again, since when does GM make sensible decisions. anyhow, yes a GTO will be getting a 6.0L.

When and what is the LS2 to coming out. Ive never heard of it at all. What are the specs on it and what will it be in?

I know the 04 GTO has the LS1, so the 05 will have the LS2? BTW, what happened to all the GTO TV commercials? I haven't seen them anymore.

Are you on a stock rear end? You don't mention any mods to the rear. I'm not doubting you, just wondering how you are getting that rear end to handle that. Seams like most people hooking that hard are tearing up the stock rear. And it sounds like you've done quite a bit of racing.

Oh yeah, good times. Keep up the good work.
