A few LS1 questions:
I have a few questions about a 99 Trans Am WS6 Ram Air (Automatic). What gears did those have in them, 3.42? Also.....what would be the easiest mods to get it to run in the high 12's?

The gear options are the same for autos in LS1 cars as they were for LT1 cars:
- 2.73's (code GU2)
- 3.23's (code GU5)
You can check the code on the sticker on the driver's door.
If you want the car to run 12's, 1 of 2 mods would do it, no question
- N2O
or a more "street legal", and always there for you - stall converter

Obviously there are the "common" mods such as a lid, cat-back, cut-out, heads/cam, etc., etc., but if you want to buy the car, and run 12's, that's how ya do it!
