just wondering if anyone has done this mod......not the SLP fan switch mod, but the one you can do yourself. hook a wire up to the fan relay fuse.....then into the car to a switch....just wondering if this is a good mod and if it does indeed work.

I got a kit on eBay for $20... It works just like the SLP kit and was $40 less..

 

or you can go to radio shack for 5 bux... pick up a switch and 15 feet of cheap lil wire
