I am looking for an exhaust system for my new camaro and I have been hearing that flowmasters rob power. Is that true? I am considering the American Thunder or TSP Rumbler as cheap but effective exhaust upgrades. Sorry if this is on the worng forum but I didn't know where else to go. Thanks in advance.

Well flowmaster won't rob you of it but it doesn't give you the full potential the car has. The TSP rumbler is a very free flowing exhaust and would be a good gain, I have a Hooker catback and love it, very quiet during normal driving but it gets a good note when you get on it.

 

I love my Magnaflow.

 

I vote for slp loudmouth. Check out ls1sounds.com. They have tons of different set ups that you can listen to.

 

Get duals or something larger than 3".
