The error is "clutch circuit switch malfunction" what is that and how do I fix it? It sux b/c i was scammed, had the car inspected on a lift and everything and 2 days after I buy it the light comes on.

 

SES came on and you have a DTC code? Post the actual code for a quicker response so people won't have to thumb through the codes to figure out which one it is.

 

I don't remember exactly what the code was, I think it was something like P0704 or something like that. I also forgot to mention my cruise doesn't work, could this be what is causing it?

 

There is a switch on the clutch pedal that lets the PCM know when the clutch is pushed in, even a little, so that it can shut the cruise off before the engine revs to the moon.
Your clutch return spring might be broken so that the clutch pedal isn't coming all of the way up.
