Entire suspension replacement + $$$ amounts?
Entire suspension replacement + $$$ amounts?
how much would say, antire suspension(best for 1/4) be for a 2000z...ive been noticing that... you dont need insane power to get very low 60' times its mainly suspension/tires...

first get good tires if you don't already, they make a huge diff. I don't spin anymore (unless I drop the clutch) or unless its raining or FREEZING cold outside.
SLP Level 1 Suspension Kit is about the best bang for the buck. I just ordered it, so I'll let you know if it makes a diff at the track. I think just the panhard bars and torque arm will make the bigest diff at the track.
Def save and do research b4 buying ANYTHING. I bought a Lid cause I didn't think it was a big deal. Now I decided to just get everything I want and charge it.
My point is that if I had thought about it, I would have bought a "package" from one of the sites, cause it includes the Lid and exhaust that I want, and if I had done that I would have basically got a filter and MAF for free. Oh well. Oh If you don't have a Lid they are really cheap now, and search around to get the best price. I thought my TSP lid at $99 was a good deal, now the lids are even cheaper!
Good Luck

I'm going to agree with zoomjrl, get tires before you do anything with the suspension. I had SLP's level one suspension kit put in a month ago. I haven't been on the track with it, but it definitely makes a heck of a difference on the street.
Cant say for sure if Lids really work yet, haven't dynoed or gone to the track yet. But they are cleaner looking and louder than stock exhaust. (I can easlily hear my car idle now, outside of the car) As for K&N, while I think they make some great products, the drop in filter for our airbox, just doesn't seal I've been told. Check out the thread about the Blackwig Air Filter in this section. Wether or not to get a reusable filter is a long debate, gains are def questionable. However, if you do decide to get one, go with a Holley filter cause the seal better than the K&N does.
