The engine to chassis wires need to come off, disconnect the PCM harness and you should be good to go as far as wiring is concerned. Mine came out the top but everyone has their preference.

Yep just un plug any wires on the fender that are hard wired into the PCM plugs and throw them on top of the motor. That includes pulling the PCM out of the way and the passenger kick panel to get to the plugins inside the car, there's only a couple of wires going in there.

Oh and the most important thing is to take tons of pics for reference on re-assembly.

The tool for the return is just like the pressure, just the next size smaller.

Just make sure to keep the master cylinder full while bleeding.

not sure what your plans are, but i found it easier to just unbolt the ac compressor off the engine so that i wouldnt have to mess with it, then just installed it on the new engine

No fuel return line on an LS1 f-body, thats the line for the fuel vapor recovery system. The end that hooks to the valve on the motor is just a squeeze it with your fingers type connector.

The lock tab has 2 solid sides and 2 open sides. Pinch the solid sides with your fingers until they touch the tube, then wiggle it loose and off.
