Engine codes

I took an inspection mirror and looked on the back of the engine on the drivers side and there was a barcode sticker with the letters CHA on the back. Does anyone know what these letters mean? Also is there a reliable online RPO code index, cause everyone i went it wont decode half the rpo's i type in...

Thought they might have something to do with a ragtop (a little less common car), but it found the black top option
