I am going to mod my egr tomorrow. (Just cut the end off so it does not block airflow) Is there anything that could go wrong just buy doing this? Will it throuw a code? and is it even worth doing? will i see any hp increase?

Read that....but, I think the 3rwhp gain is a bit optimistic.

 

Free mods are like nickels. Not worth much by themselves but gather enough of them and you have a dollar.
