Does anyone have or know where to get instruction on the complete removal of the egr and air? i will be doing this soon and want to get everything in order. and do it right. thanks

Its not hard. Make sure you have a 1 3/8 freeze plug for the top of the intake. I think its called the freeze lug repair kit that has a rubber seal on it that you tighten from the top and the rubber expands sealing it up really good. GM also has an EGR block off but its usually hard for the clerks to look up that part in the computer.
Take of the EGR stuff plugged into the throttle body, follow all te air tubes removeing them, then under the drivers side head light there are like two pump things attatched to a metal brackes you need a 10mm socket and a long extention. You need to open that trap door from up under your car and its easy to get to.
