dropping an LS1 in a 93 camaro

I just wanted to know if anyone has ever converted to an LS1 from an LT1. If so, what problems will I run into, and what are some tips and tricks for this project? Thanks.

one problem off the top of my head is the hood clearence. ls1 motor is taller, you need a cowl hood or whatever. only a small problem tho... i am sure there are many big ones

Its a 1995 V6 firebird with a motor/computer and all from a 1999 transam...

He had to make his own custom wireing harness and other acceories and their is no books on the swap. He had a few other nightmares as well but he is the only person i know of who did this swap.... Smart guy...
