My air lid keeps coming unsnapped? WTF, i'm afraid i may crack it one day. Any fix to this?

 

You sure its lined up right? I have no problems with mine.

 

It is lined up correctly. I think it happend whenever i nail from a stop or roll.

 

Make sure the lid is pushed back as far as it will go, and the the upper lip of the lid should be behind the lower lip of the airbox.

 

Ditto. My instinct was to have the lip of the lid on the outside of the lower airbox and the clamp would pop off all of the time. But, it actually tucks in the lower airbox and fits like a glove when it's lined up right.

 

Does anyone have any close pics of proper alignment?
