The T/A comes with Leather as a standard opion, has the raised spoiler, side skirts, different front clip, and different rear bumper.

Thumbs up

The major differance is....the formula looks better...lol
J/J

The formula is comparable to the lx 5.0 mustang. Its a bit simpler and is basically a sleeper Trans Am. It has the full apperance of a 3800 with the muscle of the ls1.

The Formula does run a few bucks cheaper...

Acuatully it is the Trans AM that is a option on the formula. Every car is started as a v6 firebird then you pick options. Trans am is acuatully just a option just like Formula is. So the Formula came first. God gives man the ablitiy to make a perfect car hence the formula man desides to try to improve on gods work...Hence you get a overweight Trans am.

There are no performance differences between a Trans Am and a Formula. The drivetrains are identical. The Trans Am has more bells and whistles, but nothing more performance-wise.

Think of the Formula as kind of a poor man's Trans Am ! And the WS6 as the pinnacle to which ALL muscle cars aspire to be ! lol !

Naturally my opinion is totally unbiased .
