cutout placement question

Can I put a cutout after cats without having to cut the exhaust shorter. My worry is that if I unbolt pipes and try to bolt cutout in between cats and pipe I will put everything out of alignment downstream. Am I worried about nothing or will I have to take it to a shop and have them remove a section of pipe equal to the length of the cutout from the exhaust. Any help would be great. I want to have the exhaust exit in front of the rear wheels.

Cool

You don't bolt the cutout on, it is being welded.

So yes, take the car into a shop and have them cut away a portion of your I-pipe and weld the cutout in place.

Boom! Done deal! No worries.
