Custom Y-Pipe and Cats installed, pics..., also need help!

Go to the bottom of this page for pics and info. Anyway after installing the 3in y-pipe and Carsound high flow cats I drove the car around a bit and then I flashed an SES light. Will the high flow cats mess with the readings to the rear O2 sensors? Anybody experience this before? Thanx

I would just put o2 sims on it and not worry about it. You know the cats are working you just need something to convience the computer of that.

Put some mileage on your engine to get pcm to re-learn and see what happens.

Not trying to **** you off anything, but you've probably spent over $400 for less than 10 hp. Our stock Y and cats are pretty decent flowng that is why most of the peeps leave Y-pipe alone until they get headers.

You are assuming that the code is for the rear O2s. Did you pull the code and see what it is? It may not have anything to do with the cats.

High Flow Cats can still trigger the SES light. Get the code scanned and then you will know for sure. You mentioned the SES flashed, that would indicate a misfire.
