I just made the switch myself about a month ago.

whats better about the LS1's, because over the summer i plan on getting an LT1 trans am or formula but i dont know if i should just wait a year or two and bust my *** to get an LS1, what would u guys do

 

ls1's = more power

P.S they also lack a certain item called an OPTISPARK!!!!

 

Everything except cost and the weak 7.5" rear that fbods have been plagued with. The cost is offset a bit by the fact that it'll cost you some mod $ to equal a stock LS1.

 

Yes... yes.. Mod for mod the LS1 will always win. Although generally you'll spend more money on the LS1 mods, but I'd rather do that and have the best engine known, rather than always being second best and having to buy freaking 2000 optisparks...
