Cracked cylinder wall

How do i fix it if it is possible?

If the cylinder wall itself cracked.... you now have a very large rather expensive paper weight. If a sleeve cracked, then you can get that sleeve replaced.

As long as behind the sleeve didn't crack.... which they usually do..
