A couple hypertech questions

First of all, my car is a daily driver, i will prob only bring it to the track like once a year, hopefully that will help you guys to answer my questions.

1. If i want to change one of the options, like firmness or something after i already programmed, do i have to let it sit there for another half an hour to program the whole thing again, even though only one option is different?

2. I set my shift firmness at 25%, if i move it to 50%, will it be bad at all for my tranny?

3. When i programmed it, i didnt change shift points, rev limiters or the cooling fan temperatures. Would it be a good idea for me to change these, even though i just drive it around town, and do traffic light races and stuff? If it is better for me to change them, what values and numbers would be good?

-Thanks-
