Question CORSA vs other exhaust?

Fellas,

I know you guys have some experience in this area. Give me your thoughts and opinions. I'm leaning toward a Corsa exhaust system. Right now I have the stock GM exhaust with an 80-series muffler. I want a deeper, throatier tone at idle and prefer a tad bit louder at wide-open-throttle.

Feedback is appreciated.

I bought a Borla adjustable full cat exhaust. I am very happy with it. I know it seems everyone and their brother has Borla exhaust, but I think theres a reason for that. The adjustability is also a big plus since if it's too loud you can quiet it down and if it's too quiet you can make it louder.

I think the "Loudmouth" will be too loud as the sound clips I hear on the net make it sound really bad, just my opinion!

How different of a sound note will I see going to a Corsa from what I have now? Right now I have the 80-series muffler with the stock GM pipes.

Does the GMMG have resonance(sp)? That head noise you hear inside the car?

Anyone hear ever heard the Corsa abd GMMG "up close" on a V8 Camaro?

Thanks again..........

It's too hard to find a good sound clip of any exhaust. Think about it. The bitrate is usually way too low for any clarity.
As for the loudmouth...I am looking into getting one. Just the other day, I bumped into an SS at the gas station. I had never heard the loudmouth before this. I heard this car pull in...and it sounded bad...as in bad A$$. Very impressive. I am sold on it just by that.

You can go to www.corsaperf.com to hear their system. (be sure to check out the Caddy, too!)

Talking

OK. From a females stand point. I love my Corsa. I get looks from people just walking down the road. That's just at normal cruise speed. But when I open her up man she screams. As for interior noise there is some but you can still carry on a conversation with a passenger or even listen to the radio at a normal level (even tho I prefer it loud. The radio ) I took mine on a 7 hr drive to a car show on the highway. I didn't even get a headache from it. I was impressed.

I had my husband drive my car and I was in the car behind him. It sounded great even from the back in another car.

I'd say go for what you want. I'm sure you won't be disappointed with Corsa or any other brand you go with. Corsa is on the pricy side tho, but the tips are great looking in it. If you were close to me I'd let you hear mine.
