Good for what? Forced Induction? NA? Street car? Drag car? Weekend car?

Your question is too vague.

Daily driver or weekend car?

It'd be decent for a daily driver, but on the tame side if you have a weekend car.

I'd go with the Futral Motorsports F-13 for the best of both worlds.

the cost of labor of putting New valve springs and pushrods is minimal considering the benefit. you should always want to do that, or buy a S/C and get it tuned. Why are you talking about changing out heads but not replacing the valve springs and such? that is ridiculous

You can NOT change just the cam. You have to support the higher lift with better valve springs and pushrods at the very minimum.

bigdawg6114, you have PMed me numerous times about this situation along with posting threads on the board while all along getting the same answer:

YOU MUST CHANGE OUT YOUR VALVETRAIN AND OTHER SUPPORTING PARTS WHEN USING AN AFTERMARKET CAMSHAFT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Valvesprings, pushrods, timing set, and oil pump
