clutch installation 2001 M6 tips please
Hello, I'm about to install a Z06 clutch kit on my 2001 Camaro SS M6. My pal is a mechanic, sees no problem. My mission, to find out any tricks getting off the console, and any other tricks from the Z28.com crowd. I see the screws under the flip compartment, I'm all ears. Thank you

no special tricks, just torque, locktite, and install correctly. also bench or reverse bleed the slave and master cylinder. im using a spec stage III carbon and its awsome but i have exceeded its 500 hp limit.

TA2001 & SS_HOTROD, thank you very much. I want to be real sure not to mess up any of the interior woodwork, I mean black plastic. I was tempted to go stronger on the clutch, but will install the Z06 and play. With the FIPK and Nittos, I'm not too far off stock. As a convertible, I want to stay slower than roll cage requirements. At least, that is what I am telling myself. (Bolt on supercharger sounds pretty outrageous)
