everytime that I rev up my engine the tach goes straight to 7 grand and the speedo goes to 60mph (thats in park by the way)

could you please let me know what might be wrong

the engine is not reving high just the tach thinks so

the check gauges light comes on as well is there anyway to check that...... not the SES light check guages light
