Is it worth it to open up the insides of my stock cats? I would have to buy O2 sims for like $90, but I am just wondering what results I would get by doing that.

With out alot of mods, gutting the cats won't help, but it will make it a crap load louder.

Yeah, gutting your cats is quite illegal! So is going with off road pipes. I think even messing with the stock cats at all before 50k miles isn't allowed. But if you just gut your stock cats, you still at least look legal if they stick a mirror under your car. Makes the car sound real nice too!
