I'm not 100% sure about valve size differences, but the 243 heads are the LS6 heads. The casting number plays no difference on what size or what type of valves are in it. For example: The LS6 heads in the Z06 vette were the same 243 castings on any LS6/LS2 car, but the valves in the Corvette-specific heads were different.
