Umm yeah, get a different tuner dude. It's hunting for idle because the PCM can't compensate for the RPM drop and it tries to maintain 1100rpm. It's a tune issue, mine did the same exact thing after i reinstalled my A/C and my tuner fixed it in 5 minutes.

EDIT: As for the compressor kicking on and off, sounds like it's low on freon, hook a gauge up to the low pressure line and see what it reads.

Definitely get a different tuner then Before you take it to someone else make sure you have enough freon in the system or get someone to trouble shoot that short cycling issue with the compressor.

Definite tuner issue -- Like said above.

My 408 did that until I brought it to Futral. There was a 1/4" hole in the TB blade from the previous owner.

We epoxied the TB blade and redrilled a much smaller hole, then adjusted everything else. The tune was SO off, that the car actually picked up 40 rwhp and 45 rwtq from 490/460 to 530/505.

I'd go somewhere else.

Actually, I'd tell you to try drilling the TB blade a little and tuning it together, but those guys don't seem to specialize in LS1s, so... take it somewhere else

ok this may seem silly but how clean is your tb my wifes car was literally doing the exact same thing and my buddy who is a mechanic gave me a bottle of tb cleaner and told me to clean all the little ports did that stuck the tb back on and it has run perfect ever since might save some money on a pointless tune

Did you watch the video? It only does it when the A/C is turned on . If it was a anything mechanical it would do it all the time regardless of the A/C being on or not, it's a tune issue.

i know it sound rediculous but that is exactly what what was happening with my wifes car the little idle air control ports and bypasses get a little clogged but only when you turn the a/c on does it effect the car.
