my Z is acting very strange
Im preety sure its water in the gas, The car runs perfect starts to bog down than clears up, loses power again, clears up, misses, clears up etcetcetc!!!! If its not gas what elese could it be???? Thanks Ohh yea code it threw was----Random multiple cylinder Misfires

You need to get a scanner to see what's happening. I'd point to O2 sensors or possibly the MAF sensor as the most likely source of your problems. If it starts fine and starts acting up about 2 minutes after a cold start, then it's more likely the O2's. The car switches to closed loop when the ECT reaches 92*F on cold starts. That's when the PCM starts listening to the O2's. If they flatline, then you'll run really, really fat. If they peg high, then you'll run really, really, lean. I'd pull a few spark plugs to see what they can tell you about what's going on in the motor. You didn't get any other codes aside from the misfire dtc?

That's why I didn't even suspect the O2s. It doesn't take hardly any variation in O2 function for them to set a code and he didn't mention O2 codes.
Could be MAF. Now MAF codes are the opposite. MAF can be almost dead and not set a code.

well since I have long tubes im always throwing those rear o2 codes, Yea it does exactly what one of yall said, at a cold start it runs fine for like a few minutes than it starts cutting up, im starting to think its a 02 problem cause I had to extend all those wires during the Longtube Install and maybe a connector came lose or something ill check.. Thanks Guys

Rear O2s have no effect on performance or the way the car runs.
