Car Lights

Is there a way to disable the automatic lights on when I put my parking break down? It's nice sometimes, but I want to be able to drive without my lights if I want to.

like when u gonna run from the cops.......do a search on it in the apperance section i have seen a couple peope doing it...ask pu12en12g or whatever his screen name is
