What is the best way to knock as much weight as possible off the Z while still keeping it streetable?

 

Front and rear bumper supports, lose front swaybar, remove back seats, sound deadener under carpet, lightweight rim/tire combo, uh...I'll think of more.

 

how do you remove the windshield wiper fluid and tank?

 

don't forget the obvious..

the spare tire and jack

and as many speakers as you can live without

 

just run your wiper/washer for a while or do the old fashioned hose syphon... Don't bother with the tank, does'nt weight that much empty, removing washer fluid I beleive saves 12-15 lbs right off the nose of the car though.
