Can anyone give me an estimate of how much hp i am making at the rear wheels ?

Correct. And the reason why lt's on an LS1 dont produce as much power as say, a 350 third-gen motor f-body motor, is because the stock exhaust manifolds on the LSx series motors are EXTREMELY efficient for what they are, making it VERY difficult to squeeze more power out of them.

Only if you blew $1000+ on a set of headers. I have ~$700 in my entire exhaust system (including instalation) from the headers on back. I saw no reason to pay that much for stainless headers seeing how my 70 SS's Hooker headers lasted 12 years w/out coating or anything.

sorry chief....would you rather i lie like the manufacturers?

in all honesty, i think for bolt on cars LT headers and an ORP will net you a solid 15hp on average
if you add a dyno tune in with that to adjust A/F....maybe 20-25hp total

now if you have a cam...that's a different animal
