Looking for anyone who has succesfully swapped an ls1 into a 98+ v6. I have a 98 v6 5spd, with a blown engine. so the car will need a new engine regardless. I amassing the funds to purchase the swap. And i am looking for some who knows the intrcasies of the swap. So I will be swapping the engine, t56, all accessories, ecu, wiring harness, guage cluster, rear differential. why are you replacing the rear end i do believe that the 6 cylinders have the same rear end as the 8 unless of course you are just changeing the diffenetials to have posi if that is so then i understand good luck man.
