cam info needed

Just ordered ported Patriot 243s. 220cc intake runner, 80cc exhaust runner, 62cc combustion chamber, milled .008. 2.05, 1.6 Ferrea valves etc...I was probably gonna go with the f13 cam on a 114lsa(this is a daily driver). Any other suggestions on cams? With a 10 bolt and street tires and no track visits, hooking hard on a launch is probably not gonna happen. So, I'd probably be willing to sacfifice some low end for mid range. The f13 carries a 230 on the intake lobe. This has me a little concerned about p to v. Flycutting is not an option, I need clearance. Patriot heads flow decently on intake but lag a little on exhaust, so 232 exhaust duration, .585 lift and the big exhaust runners and valves should help, right? Should I be looking for a cam with less intake duration? Also, what ICL should I use? A 114 lsa seems right for my dd and to get more mid range and top end power. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
