can't wait to hear the torquer cam through my dynomouth exhaust!!!

i figure i drive the car about 5000miles a year, and it's my daily driver (i'm THAT close to work)...why not enjoy things a little more?

 

mechanic fired up the engine with the cam, lifters, and LS6 intake installed...

fired right up he said.

and much to his suprise...idled perfect...even with stock tune

should have dyno results and a short video this weekend

 

Damn!! Must be nice!! I'd definitely be throwing in a HUGE cam if I only drove that much.

I'll have a TR230 in my car in less than a month, I'll let you guys know how it works out.

 

How much did the install cost you?

 

cam, lifters (thought i had a bad one...so he had to pull the heads), pushrods, ls6 oilpump, double timing chain, all gaskets, labor and dyno tune...

i already had springs on it...
