Burnt Oil Smell Thru the Vents on Startup

It's a 2002 SS LS1 with only 32K miles, not the LT-1 with the standard-issue intake manifold leak which my '96 Z-28 had. Start it up, let it idle, and smell that cooked-off oil. Where's it coming from?? There's no obvious evidence.

And the vents could be sucking in the smell.
