Unhappy Brake shop messed up

Well I took my car in to get my brand new eradispeed rotors and Baer Gt Calipers put on and on the same day i picked it up, the top rear caliper bolt fell off! It made some pretty deep gouges in my rim. We spent the next day searching for a rear caliper bolt, and finally got a hold of one by 4:00. We put the caliper bolt in and checked all four wheels to make sure everything was tight. Now we thought everything was fixed but, when making sharp turns ( U turns) theres a metal on metal sound. we tried to find out what was making the sound but couldnt figure it out. The brake shop is going to give me cash for the cost of the rim, rear caliper, and maybe the cost of whatever other parts are damaged which i'll find out when i take my car into another shop tomorrow.
Just thought I'd tell you about my crappy day.

well, at least the brake shop owned up to their mistake.

Most places would have said that once you drove it off the lot, it wasn't their problem any more.

Let us know how it all pans out.
