Post Big bore short stroke LS1/6

Has anyone ever used the short stroke crank from the 4.8 litre vortec truck engine with and 5.7, 6.0, or resleeved big bore block?

That would net 311, 328, or 345 cid respectively, but with shorter stroke and longer rods than a stock LS1.

Anyone?

Cool

We've yet to try it, and I've yet to see any shop try it. However, Louis Gigliotti, Jr. is talking about building a solid-roller short-stroke/big-bore in the next few months for his '98 Z28.
