Best Headers?

SLP LTs =
What are the absolute best headers (IOW price doesn't matter)?
IMO, it'd be any of the Grot style headers: QTP, Kooks, PPC, Thunder Racing. Only slight differences between them...the design is the same but the QTPs (and I think the Kooks) have a "turbulence spike" in the collectors and they're both (QTP and Kooks) 304 stainless steel. Thunder's LTs are coated and I believe the PPCs are too.
Also, try doing a search, as headers are a pretty common topic.

How many of you actually have SLP headers?Alot of people actually run these headers and are happy with them. There are good and bad with each header.I've seen big and little gains on each header. If money is an issue, get Pacesetters:good fit, decent quality.Pacesetters haven't been around long so we have yet to see how long they last.SLPs:hang low, great quality.SLP make same power as other unless you are going with a stroker motor. They are hard to install, but I have heard they fit great once they are in.They are not a Drag racer's header.Make great mid range and decent top end.I wouldn't spend my money on QTP unless you are going with a stroker, because thet wont get you that much more power on a stock or bolt on car.Hookers or Jet Hot are proven.Ther are always issues with each header and do research on which one you want buy.Talk to people that have or had that header.I plan on going with Pacesetters, their price is too good to beat.Under $600 for coated headers and a Y.Right now you can get SLPs with cats and Y for $900.
