beeping car problem
Well my car has been good so far this spring until now. When ever I use my key fob to lock the car it makes the normal sound but then about 20 seconds after the car lets out 2 quick alarm sounds. I don't know what it means and if anybody has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
My car's alarm system is unpredictable as well.
Whenever I hit the unlock button on the keyless entry thing, mights lights blink once and the door unlocks, but every once in a while, the horn will beep twice when I'm unlocking it, which only should happen when I'm locking it.

Generally, if your alarm beeps after you unlock it, it means that the alarm went off while you were away. I found this out after I had parked near the booth of the downtown garage. The attendant said a loud car went by mine and set it off for about 2 minutes. When I unlocked it, it gave me one or two beeps to let me know it went off. As for the two beeps 20 seconds after you lock it, it could be something causing just enough vibration to set the warning alarm off. If a ball rolls into my car while it's armed, it will beep twice to give a warning. If it hits the car hard enough, it will go off for 2 minutes or so. If you wanna adjust the sensitivity of the alarm, there should be a little box near the spare tire. It'll have a **** on the end that you can turn, but it'll be covered by a sticker from the factory with some b.s. warning. If you get stuck, just read your manual...there should be info in there.
